This week’s video starts with a tiny technical signal I picked up from an X post, of all places!
He does work for Anthropic, as a member of the technical team.. so he has some credibility.
In short, the signal I picked up, is that people building with AI agents are quietly moving from Markdown to HTML.
My early take on it is… I think it’s the subtle end of the document as the default unit of knowledge work.
When a memo can calculate, adapt and explain itself… it stops being a file and starts becoming a business object.
That change, changes the whole dynamic of collaborative office work.
